Atidim 10

Set in Atimin Park - an industrial compound for tech companies in northeast Tel Aviv - the project includes the regeneration of two buildings from the 1970s, among the first to be built in the area. These buildings, 10A and 10B, house offices as well as the park management. 

Kimmel Eshkolot developed a design that will change the facades and add two new levels, in addition to upgrading the entire technical systems of the buildings, bringing them to new standards.

The project aspires to enable flexible retail areas and office areas alongside high-quality outdoor areas in the spirit of the regenerating tech park.
