Government Complex

Outlined by Jaffa Street, Nordau Street, and Shazar Boulevard, the site is intended to become the grounds for the district government complex. The project is comprised of two towers, each with 24 floors, rising from a plinth of five floors.
The plinths are connected with a bridge. The ground level serves as retail and connects the inner courtyard out to the street. The plinth is designated for public reception offices and functions related to government employees.
The tower levels are designated for various government uses.
