Neve Sharet East

Masterplan for a new Neighborhood in the North of Tel Aviv, in an area of 100 hectares (1,000 dunams). This new neighborhood will be highly sustainable aiming at a Net Zero Energy consumption. It will include about 4,500 residential units with affordable housing, a train station, and large commercial and offices areas. The masterplan is developed along the Pardessim river route.
