Limassol Villas

Concept for a village near Limassol, Cyprus, with houses for live/work. Set in a beautiful but challenging site on a hill facing away from the sea, the proposal creates a complex for residential units that benefit from a sense of privacy and openness. Three types of modules were developed each with a pool, inner courtyard and home office.

The proposal also includes a shared co-working pavilion with meeting rooms and a separate residents spa.
