Zoning Plan for Gat Rimon Compound, Tel Aviv

Office building, apartments and a piazza

The aim of the zoning plan, designed for the municipality of Tel Aviv, is to adjust the compound to urban changes resulting from the adjacent designated area for the TLV light rail. This will be done by building a 20-storey tower with mixed use of offices and apartments; preserving the listing buildings around and allowing some of them options to grow higher; keeping the alley of Gat Rimon st. as is; generating a proper relationship with the new road and tunnel planned to the north; creating a public square on Herzl Street in the north-west corner.
